Office Manager

Ann is the Office Manager at Heitzman & Associates, Inc. She has many responsibilities assisting in all aspects of the business. She helps prepare financial plans, prepare for client meetings and is responsible for proper documentation for account opening and client data maintenance. She is well organized and takes pride in being part of an efficient, service-oriented team. She enjoys interacting with clients and providing any assistance they may need over the phone or while in the office.

Ann graduated from Aquinas College with a BS in Mathematics, double majoring in Business Administration. She spent many years working as a Retirement Plan Administrator in the qualified plan world and also worked as an assistant to a financial advisor. She is the mother of 7, 4 boys & 3 girls, including a set of boy/girl twins. She recently became a grandmother as well. Ann enjoys watching her children’s sporting events which include football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, wrestling & track. In her rare spare time, she enjoys baking, reading, laying poolside and spending time with her family and friends.
