Ann Kloska**

Office Manager

Ann Kloska is the Office Manager at Heitzman & Associates Inc., where she plays an integral role in supporting all aspects of the firm’s operations. She is closely involved in preparing financial plans, coordinating client meetings, and overseeing account setup and client data management. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Ann takes pride in contributing to an efficient, service-oriented team and enjoys providing responsive, thoughtful support to clients both in the office and over the phone.

Ann graduated from Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a double major in Business Administration. She brings a strong background in financial services, including experience as a Retirement Plan Administrator in the qualified plan space, as well as working alongside a financial advisor.

Outside of the office, Ann values time spent with her family and takes great pride in her role as a mother and grandmother. She enjoys staying connected to her family’s activities, including following her sons’ involvement in college football. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, relaxing poolside, and spending time with family and friends.
